Black Angus steak, sautéed garlic shrimp & scallops in a béchamel curry sauce, potato gratin and mixed vegetables.

 

Magret de Canard au Miel et Couscous :

Sautéed duck breast, couscous, broccoli honey cream sauce

 

Salmon:

Sautéed sesame seed salmon in a white wine sauce with herbs and a touch of cream, served with mashed potatoes and veggies.

Chocolate mousse topped with shaved white chocolate, garnished with berries
